Contestant Application, Miss Black & Gold Scholarship Pageant

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A CONTESTANT AGREEMENT FORM PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION. This form is for women interested in participating in the Miss Black & Gold Scholarship Pageant. Submission of this form will serve as your application. After submitting, a Member of the Pageant Committee will reach out to you to schedule a 30 minute, in-person interview. There is no dress code or required materials necessary for this interview and may be conducted over the phone if situation dictates. Please be sure you have thoroughly read the Rules & Requirements of participating in the Pageant keeping in mind that they are subject to change at the discretion of the Chapter. Please do not feel discouraged by any of the listed Rules & Requirements.
